RETURN & REFUND POLICY

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS We only Return Store Credit Note (NO CASH REFUND) *store credit valids for 100 days* To start a return, you can message us at IG/FB inbox * To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. * Strictly no exchange or return for SALES ITEM / BEST BUY / DISCOUNTED ITEMS * Returns is only allowed to be made ONE TIME ONLY. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time. * The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please send us the tracking number after you’ve posted the item for our reference. * The Return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will email your credit voucher once the item is received. This normally takes 2-3 working days. * All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited. * We reserves the right to reject any request to mail these items alongside with a new order. All returns are final and further requests will be denied. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. *Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. This is not considered a defect. *There might be 1cm-3cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit. *For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
